NationalMotorSales – Customer Review
From time to time we solicit information from randomly selected clients. What we look for is their feedback in using NationalMotorSales.
Here’s a sample of some of our review questions:
• How easy was the sign-up process?
• When did you start receiving calls?
• Was our financing beneficial?
• Did you or have you received calls from buyers outside of your local area?
We recently received the following feedback review email from B.E. of Austin, Texas:
“NationalMotorSales contacted me on April 9th, 2009. The name of my representative was Taylor. She was very polite and knowledgeable. She explained how she had been working in this business for several years and that NationalMotorSales could help me get a buyer for my Explorer. She went on to say that because the economy has been so sluggish that financing for new cars has been a lot tougher to get and as a result used cars and SUV’s are selling better.
Taylor explained to me how NationalMotorSales has bad credit financing and this very interesting to me because I had gotten a call the week prior from a person asking if they could make payments to me….which is something I wasn’t willing to because I’m not a bank and I don’t want to be a used car dealer! The sad part is that was the only person that had called me after three weeks of advertising on Craigs List and Auto Trader.
I was reluctant to say the least, but I did go ahead and advertise my Explorer. She took all of my ad information over the phone and then emailed me a thank you note with my username information.
I didn’t get any calls for about ten days and I was really getting nervous. Finally I got a call from a guy in Tulsa. He and I chatted for a few minutes. He said he went to NationalMotorSales a few days prior, did a VIN check and the Explorer had a clean bill of health – which I knew it would! He was going to make the drive out to see the truck but he made a cash offer that I wasn’t too happy with. I told him I would need a few days to think about it. Thankfully I had gotten another call just two days later. This was the call I was hoping for because the price I was asking was not an issue. The buyer was in Dallas so that made it easy to get the vehicle to him. The only potential problem was the money – oops – but he applied for financing the same day. He said his credit was not great, but not bad either but I didn’t want to get my hopes up on the financing. Anyway, after about three days and some severe nail biting I got a call from him. He was approved in full! My wife and I drove out to meet the buyer and we completed the transaction! The whole thing was very simple and straightforward! I am so happy and grateful that Taylor and NationalMotorSales were able to help me! I hope this review was hlpful”
Thanks Guys!
